Sophia graduated massage therapy school in 2015, her philosophy is that the body should be treated as a whole to bring balance, both on a physical and emotional level. Her treatments include deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, hot stone, post surgery care, scar tissue release including c-sections infant-pediatric, she is also a certified pregnancy-post partum therapist helping you feel your best before and after birth.​
She is currently attending school and working on her Diploma to be come a Registered Acupuncturist.
